Olive trees from Castellon is a collection of photographs by Tomas Pascual, with the collaboration of the Diputación de Castellón came to Brussels in February 2006. From that moment and until 2010, the pictures have been hanged by the walls of Parliament, the European Commission and the Committee of the Regions. Many of these photographs are today in the offices of senior officials of European institutions and some were used as cover for institutional magazines. This exhibition is the major success of Valencia Region in Brusselst so far. Behind this beautiful exhibition of photographs there is an interesting protection of the natural heritage of Valencia, a supportive active of olive products and the strategy to strengthen the inland areas of Castellón with ecological tourism as a sustainable alternative of development.
