Olivos de Castellon es una colección de fotografias de Pascual Tomas que, con la colaboración de la Diputación de Castellón llegaron a Bruselas en Febrero de 2006. Durante cuatro años han pasado por las paredes del Parlamento Europeo, La Comisión y el Comite de las Regiones.
Muchas de estas fotografias se encuentran hoy en dia en los despachos de altos cargos de las Instituciones Europeas y han sido portada de revistas divulgativas y uno de los mayores exitos de la Comunidad Valenciana en Bruselas hasta la fecha.
Tras esta bella muestra de Fotografias hay un interesante trabajo de recuperación del patrimonio natural valenciano, de apoyo a los productos derivados del olivo y de reforzar las comarcas del interior de Castellón como alternativa de turismo ecologico.
Olivos de Castellon is a collection of photographs of Tomas Pascual, with the collaboration of the Diputación de Castellón came to Brussels in February 2006.
From that moment and until 2010, the pictures have been hanged by the walls of Parliament, the European Commission and the Committee of the Regions.
Many of these photographs are today in the offices of senior officials of European institutions and some were used as cover for institutional magazines. This exhibition is the major success of Valencia Region in Brusselst so far.
Behind this beautiful exhibition of photographs there is an interesting protection of the natural heritage of Valencia, a supportive active of olive products and the strategy to strengthen the inland areas of Castellón with ecological tourism as a sustainable alternative of development.
